What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through this content?
Style and Details
Do you have a title for this piece?
Newsletter Article Brief
Do you have a thesis or conclusion that must be reached?
We are building a newsletter for an email campaign to our customers. We will feature 4-6 mini articles on the newsletter that are no more than 200 words each. From there, out customers will be able to click to find out more on that article. it will then send them an email with the full article. Which will conclude with an option to click to be sent more articles like this one! (a newsletter with 6 mini articles with 3 follow-up articles each will be sent to our customers once a month. that's over 200 articles we will need written. the winner of this project will talk to us about freelance work to be the person responsible for our newsletter. it will be mapped out on a quarter to quarter basis. so if you win this we can come to a separate arrangement for everything else moving forward.
List all information that must be included
You must have a title. a subtitle that is attention grabbing, (five things that could make your graduation event better this year) (3 things that could make you a better teacher overnight), etcc...
it must have a summary. it must have a full article. and then must have 2 full articles along the same lines. SOOOO the newsletter summary insert followed by the three article email series on the same subject, building off the original summary,
What character, tenor and spirit do you want to convey?
Fun but informative, capture the audience with the title and subtitle of an article then draw them in to want to read one article and then the whole article in the series. They could become a better teacher, a better graduation planner, a better administrator, IF THEY READ THESE NEXT FEW ARTICLES, so they shouldn't miss out on the information we are giving them for free
What is your required length in words or pages for this article, report or proposal?
Summary of Article 200 words, actual article, 1000-1200 words
Do you want to include additional info?
Everything should be above. If no one makes a mini article and a three article follow-up that is up to standards then no award will be given. But remember, this project will result in a nice project for the next coming year.
