Individuals and corporates who are looking to develop a "professional talent community" for the purposes of improving their skillsbase.

Professionalism, Accessibility (as in, not elite or ivory tower, but accessible and understandable), Knowledge
What widget or app design styles do you like?
The website is found at www.bravenewtalent.com and we are looking for the Hero image to be revamped and potentially any improvements you would make to the page.
We have an *appreciation* for the style of asana.com, but our color palette is different.
What colors do you want to see in your widget or app design?
See the live site (www.bravenewtalent.com) and please use the palette that is found on the live site. Please note the hero graphic is a problem - it does not match the design palette.
What colors do you NOT want to see in your widget or app design?
See the live site
What adjectives should best describe your widget or app design?
Professional, Accessible, Understandable, Learned
What content must be included in the widget or app design?
See live site - use the same content
Do you have additional requirements or links you'd like to share?
The major problem we currently have is that the hero image (the three circles) have diminished the goal of the site - which is to show that a Professional Community is the combination of the three areas (topics/skills, talents - individuals, and the organizations). The goal is to show that the company is the solution to the capturing and sharing of that content created and shared by the different groups. The Venn diagram is an excellent tool.

- One thing I am noticing is that the designs are adding new colors to the color scheme.
We need to keep the color palette int he same space as the current one, and the iconography needs to be included that already exists on the site.
We seem to be missing the use of white in the hero image - so what would you do?

- Please note:
The goal of the original hero image was to convey an intersection of talent (people who are looking for or are in roles), companies and their expertise (company communities) and generalized topic communities.
The intersection of this is what we call "talent communities" - and in talent communities people find professional learning.
We have the circles ONLY because we used a Venn diagram to show the intersection - but the design of the circles are not connected to the rest of the site design. Please look at the rest of the design and stay within the elements there. I have added the iconography as Photoshop files for your use.
The color palette MUST stay with the color palette of the rest of the site - so please takle a look and use the colors within.
Additionally, the hero image can be shorter - the 600x400 seems to be a bit big when you consider the hero aspect of it. You can bring the height down if you'd like.

- Since I have had a couple of people ask for more time, I am opening it up for another two days.
Best of luck.

- Hello all -
I have been surprised by the response and we have a great deal of choice.
But some of you have asked for additional time to take our feedback, and happy to provide it.
If you have any further questions - feel free to ask.
