see more - I'm a graphic design student at RIT. I like to incorporate more hand drawn details to my work over computer based art, not to say that I can't work very well on the computer but, I believe good design requires more thinking than typing in a relevant word in a stock-photo site and incorporating it, in more ways than one, into your work. Therefore the sketching process is most important to me in concept building to ensure works are completely unique and my own.
I prefer simple design as opposed to over the top intricacy, my favorite logo has and probably always will be the Citi logo, its just so simple looking yet the idea and concept behind it is not as simple; there should be more designers like Paula Scher in the world.
Other influences on my work are:
Art deco, Marian Bantjes, Michael Bierut, and Job Wouters to name a few.
