As a Creative Designer, I am constantly energized by the creative opportunities to promote various products. My goal is always to ensure that the product receives the best representation in relating the highest of standards to customer needs and creating awareness within the final product. I take full accountability for creativity, pre-press/printing and budgetary goals through conscience skills in planning, organization, decision-making and problem solving. With this experience, I have steadily progressed my professional career over the past twelve years.

By having exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, I have acquired a solid reputation for effective strategic planning and leadership throughout the graphics industry. With that leadership, I have been able to establish a highly effective system of project management. I have written policies and procedures that reflect my position and my associate’s positions through graphic requests, job numbering/archiving. With policies and procedures in place, projects are processed smoother with less confusion or errors. I take pride in maintaining client and vendor relationships. My number one goal is giving the client what they are requesting. By listening, I am able to ask key questions to assure a design will be the representation of the clients’ needs, also assuring its on-time delivery.
