My primary business is the sale of 3 to 15 story office buildings in Houston. I also sell land, apartments, industrial office/service developments and hotels. I have been in the business 30+ years and have a very strong reputation in Houston for my work.

Describe the target audience for your stationery

The primary buyers for these properties are insurance companies for their portfolios, real estate investment trusts and wealthy families. These properties range in value from $2-$15 million. The buyers are seasoned professionals who buy, sell, develop and syndicate real estate for a living. I provide the following services: Private Acquisitions/Dispositions; Tenant Representation; Stealth Services.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your stationery?

Forward thinking, Modern but not Mod, Dependable, Trustworthy, Thorough, Precise, Sophisticated, Knowledgeable, Market Savvy, Ingenious, Creative, Speedy, Old School Values, Logo should "crackle with energy"

Overall impactand conclusion from someone seeing the stationery: This is a highly competent professional who will handly my requirements in a speedy, thorough and businesslike manner whom I can trust implicitly and who has deep market knowledge, connections and reputation.

What stationery styles do you like?

I don't know, but I also need the following recommendation: Recommendation for a Microsoft Word standard fonts and point sizes (for use in letters) which compliment the logo and print type on the business cards. Font should harmonize and compliment the logo and vice versa. Suggested font and print size should be easily readable by someone with deteriorating sight, since most people with enough money to buy office buildings are 50+

What colors do you want to see in your stationery?

Strong primary colors - I like Dark Blue, Red, Strong Yellow, Orange, Green if it is strong and vibrant, Black

Pale colors - pale yellow, pale sickly green, colors that do not copy well

Do you have additional info or links you want to share?

I have included .pdf file of copies of shapes I have from another web site. My personal idea is that included somehow in the company name (Logan Brown Investment Real Estate LLC) is the crosshairs of a gunsight the upper right quadrant (or perhaps one entire right half of the sight) is a graph with a zig/zag line with an arrow on the end pointing up. This is meant to convey precision, rising investment yield, focus on the clients’ objectives, etc. I am by no means sold on this idea and am completely open to any others which convey the information in the list above.
