Hireology is a software product that provides a complete hiring system that CEO’s, VP’s, and HR Directors use to make better hiring decisions. This browser-based, software-as-a-service application delivers a scaleable user-friendly platform for use by mid-level managers who make day-to-day hiring/firing decisions for their company or team. Additionally, we bring a scientific approach to candidate selection by using statistical models to predict the likelihood of success or failure for any candidate being considered for hire.
