IPC provides consultancy services to established businesses doing business in the Middle East & Saudi Arabia as well as to new comers to the region. We provide assistance to companies seeking business opportunities whether directly or as Subcontractors or Joint Ventures in various fields including:
Defence fields of Armed Forces
Civilian and semi civilian fields including infrastructure building and construction
Management Services including Project Creation and Management
Utilization of best techniques for Cash Flow Management and Increased Profitability

We help with obtaining contracts. Equipped with our unique knowledge, capabilities and expertise in the region, we know the terms and conditions to be weary of and how to negotiate changes to avoid massive cost impacts and potential liabilities. We help to plan the fulfilling of the requirements and the receivables in a way to maximize positive cash flows.

We are also familiar with the local taxation regimes and the massive conceptual changes affecting taxation. Our preplanning concept of critically reviewing the potential impact of taxation on the potential project, saves our clients major stress in their cash flows and overlooked liabilities, particularly in light of the above noted changes currently taking place in taxation laws. These services save our clients millions of dollars.

We have affiliations with specific professional Arabic translators with hands on experience and training, vetted by our stringent standards. They not only save time and effort in ensuring that any Arabic texts conform to the standard acceptable to the contract awarding authorities but avoid ambiguities which can adversely impact the contractor (our client). The majority of translation offices are unfamiliar with such niceties. As Arabic is a very general language when compared to a “business language” like English, translators unfamiliar with "professional" Arabic have no hope of getting their clauses right.
We have long term experience with export restriction regulations of the USA and EU countries, particularly with restricted items and services in the Defence fields. We save our clients from major pitfalls by leading them through complex regulations and assisting them to comply with relevant regulations. For example, have experience in the ITAR and TAAs regulations under the laws and regulations of the USA, and respective equivalents of the EU countries.

We are a new division of a successful company with highly respected, experienced and professional personnel with decades of relevant experience both in the western and middle eastern environments. We are constantly building on our network of connections both in government and private enterprise, thus enabling our clients to have significant advantage over their competitors. Our professionalism gains us respect from the senior management of governments as well as private enterprise. The benefit flows down to our clients.

We provide pre-planning services to achieve maximum profitability while avoiding potential liabilities and losses. Such pre-planning is our forte.

Thank you and best regards,
Mohamed

Update 22-Mar-13 GMT
Just like to bring to your attention that International Projects Company (IPC) has two current projects.

The first one is the larger Small Website Design project. The other project is for awarding the Logo Design Project
Update 24-Mar-13 GMT
Whilst many creatives are still mulling over this Small Website project for the International Projects Company I would like to set out some pertinent points.
1) The website shall be in English and Arabic but you don't have to worry about the Arabic. The English text will be accompanied by the Arabic text and we shall take care of that locally. However, I would like your ideas on this: For example, when a link is clicked, it opens an English text/image box. On this English text/image box could be a Green Spot which is hyperlinked to the Arabic text/image for those who want to see what the Arabic says. I would like your ideas or better suggestions on this.

2) Our Logo Design project is underway and we hope to select the right design within the coming week. In the meanwhile please allocate a place where to place the final logo.

3) Whilst I am aware of the fact that we shall write the text ourselves, you can take excerpts from the notes we provided for the project. When you do so, please ensure that the size of the fonts you use are legible. Some of the people who will look at your product are very weak in English and will not understand what has been placed where. Please remember that Arabic is written from right to left which means that their idea of placement is diametrically opposed to the non Arabic concepts. The limited text that you utilize will help them see what we have, where it is, and how they have to respond with the Arabic equivalent.

4) Please allocate a particular color to every word or phrase that is hyperlinked to open a text/picture slide when clicked. When the result offers sublinks to some other place, those sublinks should also be visible in the same color. It could also be further highlighted when a mouse or cursor passes over it.

5) I am not sure whether we will put a local flag somewhere as this will need to be cleared by the local regulations which are different from those in the USA. For example, in the UK the Union Jack, the UK flag, cannot be used in such a way without written permission from the authorities. However, if you have a good place for the local flag please put it there. We shall decide later if it can fly there!

8) When you submit any accompanying notes with your draft website, please head them up with something like:

International Projects Company - Small Website Project.
xx Pages Draft Website proposed by _____________________.
(Please state the number of pages of your Draft website).

9) I look forward to your action as I would like to get some comments from some of my colleagues. It would be very helpful f I have your revised pages and notes based on my above noted comments.
With thanks and best regards,
Mohamedgm
Update 24-Mar-13 GMT
The Creatives must provide a written undertaking to the effect that its the creative's sole effort in producing the original design work for the International Projects Company Small Website production. The licenses and copyrights to all materials and fonts used in the design will be provided by the Creative at no cost to the International Projects Company upon being awarded the assignment.

If any specific costs of any kind are to be met by the International Projects Company, these shall be identified by the creative and a cost estimation provided.

Update 24-Mar-13 GMT
This small website design for the International Projects Company (IPC) is a four page website design project.

A less than three-page design will not be accepted unless some strongly convincing reason is put forward and accepted.

A lot of high quality business website templates are available online for a few hundred dollars. We are interested in a more sophisticated, tailored and highly attractive business website design.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm
Update 25-Mar-13 GMT
To avoid a cluttered front page design, I suggest that your design uses less words on the front page as fuller explanations will be in the underlying pages to the hyperlinks/sublinks.

I suggest that you make up the supporting pages on that basis with your choice of colors. You don’t have to worry about the words. You don’t have to stick to black and white colors. What we want is a good attractive business design. Our audience is mostly composed of medium sized western corporations as well as multinationals. We don’t need fancy colors with eastern designs. Just a good, solid business design, but attractive! This is why we have commissioned one of the best group of designers on the planet: YOU.

Please review the Brief for the project and the Update Briefs and ensure that you comply by them or if not, please make a point of including a convincing note in your presentation, setting out your reasons for not complying.

Thank you and regards,
Mohamed
Update 28-Mar-13 GMT
A couple of creatives raised some queries on the IPC website project and to be fair to all, I would like to post this Update Brief.

As our logo project is still current, If you use business colors that are attractive, in designing the website, they will not need to be the same as the logo colors. However, if the design is awarded to a creative, any changes could then be done in the finalization stage after the award. Our IPC Logo design project is due to be awarded on 31st March, 2013 and I shall place the image of the winning logo design in another Update Brief the next day.

Someone questioned whether we need the design on images of the 4/5 pages.

The answer is: YES please! We want to see the complete design as it will appear to the users.

We want to see how all the pages will look, what sort of "buttons" are designed, etc. We expect to see the expression of the latest technology with nothing left to our mediocre imagination.

We have not yet decided who will be commissioned to code the design. As some have shown interest in coding the design, I'd like to know what language, like Java in its latest incarnation, these creatives are likely to use. We'll have some preferences with respect to that and will be glad to take your comments into consideration.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm
Update 31-Mar-13 GMT
Please note that the decision on the IPC Logo Design will be taken by Monday 1st April 2013. The selected logo design shall be posted in an Update Brief at that time.

In the meanwhile, please note that the company name in this IPC small Website project will be changed to: Integrated Projects Company. The initials, "IPC" obviously do not change.

You don't need to change anything in your submissions to date as the change of the word "International" to "Integrated" can be done at the time any other changes are made.

However, for new submissions, please use the company name: Integrated Projects Company.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm

Update 6-Apr-13 GMT
Integrated Projects Company (IPC) is pleased to announce that its logo design project has been awarded.

Congratulations to dedik75 who won the Award against some very stiff competition. Altogether 116 designers participated. 486 excellent entries were submitted. For us it was a very difficult decision to take.

The winning design has been uploaded to Materials (under this project) for the benefit of all the creatives and participants in this IPC Small Website project. As the creative has been requested to change the colors and fonts, the winning entry posted to Materials includes our notes on the requisite changes. Of course the artwork remains the same as first submitted as design no. 153.

Two pictures have been uploaded to Materials.
One is the Entrance Hall of the IPC offices. The other is taken from the entrance to the IPC offices, showing one of the two best known landmarks in the heart of Riyadh. It’s the al Faisalia Tower and Shopping Mall, just a stone’s throw away from the IPC offices. You can utilize these pictures in your designs as we own the copyrights to them. I hope to post a few more pictures over the next couple of days.

I hope and trust that these materials will prove useful to you in including them in your designs. If you make changes to your designs, please utilize the opportunity to ensure that you change the company’s name to: Integrated Projects Company.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm
Update 17-Apr-13 GMT
Now that our LOGO project has been awarded subject to some minor changes in the logo design, I have turned my attention to the Website design which has two days left to hit closing date.

I see that some of the creatives have updated their submissions with our Logo, the tri-tone colour design of our logo and a couple of pictures we uploaded for the project.

The name of our company is Integrated Projects Company as advised before so if you are updating your designs, please use the correct name.

Please replace pictures of people by some sort of hi-tech scene, something like documents being discussed, perhaps with just hands pointing at some text or picture(s). You are the creative. I have confidence in your designer instncts, bearing in mind that it is business company website we are trying to create.

I would also emphasise that stock photos/pictures are not to be used. All material you present, irrespective of fonts/pictures/photos, in whatever form, has to be of your own design and effort and free of any restrictions of any kind. If you own licenses and are passing them on to IPC, that'll be acceptable.

I appreciate very much indeed your efforts in utilising our logo or replacing any previous submission with our logo. I also appreciate the use of tri-tone gold colours and the correct company name: Integrated Proects Company. However, those who have not updated their design work can rest assured that their efforts will not be marked down for that reason.

Thank you and regards,
Mohamedgm

Update 17-Apr-13 GMT
File 4: IPC_Logo.pdf (64.7 KB) [X]. Uploaded on 17-Apr-13 11:48 a.m. GMT

This file contains the Integrated Projects Company logo with the name in Arabic as well. Please use this instead of the previous submission of the logo as its more up-to-date. You'll notice a small box, like a check box, on the Arabic line. This box will be eliminated from the final version which the logo designer will upload.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm

Update 8-May-13 GMT
Hey All,

crowdSPRING here! Just wanted to let everyone know that it is NOT ok to email buyers with files directly. We do not allow contact off of the site regarding current crowdSPRING projects and it is never wise to send files before you've been awarded in a project. Please don't send any files to the buyer of this project. Thanks a ton for your hard work here!

Thanks,

The cS crew
Update 9-May-13 GMT
I understand that some of you have had difficulty uploading your revisions for the IPC website project to crowdspring. I provided two of you an email address to send your submissions to but crowdspring do not allow that.

Those you are affected, I shall just have to ignnore your your revisions.

At the same time, I have sent the note below to crowdspring a few minutes ago. If you can resolve the problem with crowdspring, I shall be pleased to check your submissions. As for me, I shall not contact crowdspring again.

May 09 01:20 (CDT)

I note that crowdspring neither let the creatives update their submissions as per our request nor let them email me their updates.

One has notified me and I have asked him/her to find out from you how to submit their revisions to me and if you don't accommodate him/her, then their submission will be removed from the shortlist.

The others I am not going to contact again.

If this is your policy, it sucks! I would like you to refund my money and I will definitely not deal with you again either way!

Thanks and regards

Update 17-May-13 GMT
Regarding our Integrated Projects Company (IPC) small website design, I have given detailed comments to various creatives in the last few days to help them to have equal chance to produce the winning design. Specially as some of them have been ignoring all the Update briefs, perhaps because they do not speak English well enough.

A number of creatives need a little more time to submit their final designs and in the interests of fairness, I have decided to keep the project open until the close of Sunday, about three days form now.

Hopefully, Crowdspring will extend the time to enable the creatives to submit their designs without needing to resort to private emails or other means that are not allowed by crowdspring for good reason.

This however, shall be the final extension as its not fair to those who have completed their designs to wait indefinitely for the less industrious ones who have language difficulties. IPC is also anxious to establish the website and move on.

Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm

Update 19-May-13 GMT
The Integrated Projects Company (IPC) Small Website Design Project is about to close. Some entries are still being received that are outside the term of reference of the design that we had posted in various Update briefs and even in the detailed notes we sent to certain creatives.

We have received in excess of three hundred submissions for this small website design. Four designs have been selected for taking the final decision for the award. We will still consider the last minute entries as we receive them, up to the time of closure of the project before we finally pick the one for the award.

It is sad to note that some of the designs that had a very good chance of success were let down by the weak understanding of the creatives because of poor English and communication skills.

Integrated Projects Company (IPC) nevertheless thanks everyone who is participating in this project for making it a great success.
Thanks and regards,
Mohamedgm
