A brand new (not yet opened) 50's themed restaurant - more upscale that your typical 50's diner, but by no means "Fine Dining"

1024x768 - but ideally will support liquid layout when built

How many pages (maximum of 4) do you need designed?

2

What is your industry?

Food and Beverage

Describe the target audience for your website design

Existing and prospective customers - will tend to be middle class and higher. Restaurant is right downtown in major Chicago suburb.

What 3 things would you like to communicate to your audience through your website design

"Wow, I gotta go check that place out"
Fun environment
Great Food

How is your company different from your competitors?

A themed restaurant with much better food than "diner food" or most themed restaurants (e.g. Rain Forest Cafe)

What website design styles do you like?

Fun and clean design. I think there a lot of good designs here:

What colors do you want to see in your website design?

standard 50's theme - neon and chrome - bright colors in general

What colors do you NOT want to see in your website design?

n/a

What adjectives should best describe your website design?

Attention-grabbing, informative, simple

What content must be included in the website design?

I'd like to design just two pages - a home/landing page and a menu page

Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?

see attached document. I also have a draft of a logo that I need to get from my partner - we don't love it, it's more just to give you an idea of what we are thinking.

I added a zip file with a few logo ideas we have been playing around with. You are NOT required to use this - they are simply examples of an idea we have.

Changed project to Assure the award.

For those still working on this project, I would really like to make sure that the following is incorporated on the home page:

Street Address
Phone #
Hours

as this is a pet peeve of mine when it is not readily available on a home page.

Thanks for all the great submissions so far!
