Do you have additional requirements or links you want to share?

The idea here is to create a resume website which can be easy to recreate as a template for other job seekers. I want to start out with this idea, and then I will have some other templates to create.

I've got this project listed at CrowdSpring, if anyone wants to submit ideas for it, you may have the chance to win the project. http://www.crowdspring.com/project/2337827_web-...

The ideal candidate will have some experience integrating some type of easy blogging platform like Tumblr, and ideas on how to integrate other sites like Pinterest to give the site more personal flavour.

I have two versions that I've had made up. I am not really happy with either one.

The webpage will be a single page.

In a corner - I should have all my contact details -
Photo -
Telephone
email
Facebook
Twitter
LinkedIn
Pinterest
Skype -

I'd like to include an area where I can place a video. For right now, I'm looking for a .jpg template, and if I like the design, I'll take it to the next level.

Take a map of the world, but with the focus on the northern hemisphere (North America, Bermuda, Europe, Mexico).

Make a time line map start at Mexico going back to Bermuda back to Montana, US, Scotland, UK - then back to Idaho, USA.

Each area should have a nice white box over it which gives the date, location, company name, and my comments (which I've put in the CV). The comments will be an overall synopsis of the job, with a link to Skills. The skills can be a pop-up (I guess) when we're done with this. White box should have enough space to a picture on the side of it, which I'll send as a follow up. I've attached a few here as a sample. The boxes should be large enough to see a snippet of the information, so the user can see at a glance what my work experience has been, resume attached.

It should be clear that the time line starts in mexico, and goes back in time to end in Maine, where I did my undergraduate work.

The idea here would be to do this really well, so that it shows clearly, and easily who I am, where I've come from, and what types of skills I have.

At the bottom, I'd like to have a box which says - Want a resume and website like this? the a spot to put in emails -

I'd like to put together a resume - with a faded out background as the backdrop, or around the edges - in a style SORT of like the one I have attached where the info should be clean and neat on the side, but on the other side, it should have the faded out time line in a compacted version -- some how put the two together so they accompany one another - with the web page being http://www.geordiewardman.com - going with the CV.

If you have any questions, PMB and I will answer it quickly.

This is a 100% design project at this point.

I see the second tab about interests being an embedded tumblr blog, I'd only like to see some examples of how the Tumlbr blog could be embedded into the graphic skin to keep the flow of the site, while also still have the chance to capture emails of people interested in having a similar site.
