Greenheart Modular has developed a new prefab, modular, energy-efficient construction system that is based on a flexible set of units called Open|Space that can be assembled into diverse layouts. This is much less restrictive than current modular technology. We require a web site to showcase and drive interest in this as-yet-unbuilt system, using graphic elements from our initial SketchUp! drawings and our logo.
- Update 15-Apr-11 GMT
- I'm extending by a week because we're down to a couple really good concepts, but there is a bit of tweaking still required, and then create the remaining 3 site pages before completion. It can probably get done in less than a week, but I've used a week because it's the maximum. I will comment on the finalists and decline the others by end of day today.
- Update 16-Apr-11 GMT
- Added some example 'lifestyle' images.
- Update 20-Apr-11 GMT
- For the inner pages of the web site, please use content as follows:
"Open|Space System" page:
Use the text from the text brochure GREENheart Open|Space System PDF starting at "The components and systems used..." and use the images from the image brochure Greenheart flyer in-line. I will need to edit this text content heavily once it is laid out, so put it all in a scrolling field and include the images in-line with an editable caption under each image. There should also be a list area provided to download files (such as these brochures) and the list area could be used to keep the page from looking too static and square.
News & Views:
This will be a dated scrolling list of press releases, short blog-style entries on topics, and quotes from/links to any editorial we get. There should be a couple or three static boxes that can be used for pull quotes from articles. These should be used to keep the layout from looking too static and square.
Use dummy content for now.
If you have not already done so, please combine "Our Company" and "Contact Us" as a single menu item. The Our Company page itself should be two columns.
There should be an area at left for "Our Mission" (dummy text), then "Our Services" (dummy text), and finally the company address and telephone numbers. (The brochure has our old address. The correct current address is "343 Ashland Avenue, Suite400, River Forest Illinois, 60305" and the telephone number is (312) 462-4071
In the right column is the Contact Us form. The fields to capture are:
City | State | ZIP
Building site (if different from Address)
A "Send Request" button
