Need some furniture story boards developed

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

Hello- I need to have the following photos retouched (cleaned up, cropped, etc..) and then I need to have the photos designed into a story board (in photo shop) for sales pitch purposes.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

Here is a sample of what I am looking for, these were designed for one of our other concepts. http://www.box.net/shared/static/5dygjuqbr6.zip

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

This is for a pub concept and the name of the concept is Brewpublic Craft House. Click here to see the logo: http://www.box.net/shared/static/ayu07eiyp4.jpg

Here is a story board of a website that is will soon be in production.
http://www.box.net/shared/static/0hhkgedzhu.ppt

This is the development that the location is going into:
http://ncmusicfactory.com/

WE LIKE THESE DESIGNS:

Here is a sample of a couple of story boards from a former project. Please follow this format

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

The storyboards need to be designed in photo shop and the text and photos need to be layered so they can be changed in the future.

Photo tracing a Honda Odyssey

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT US:

We are a company in the automotive industry, and we need images of cars for our web site.

HERE IS WHAT WE NEED:

What we need are PATHS tracing the outlines of each image. Each image needs the following 3 paths traced:
1. The outline of the entire car.
2. The non-painted areas of the car (mask). In the case of a red car, this would be any area that is *not* painted red. This includes windows, tires, chrome, etc. When this path is subtracted from the first path, only the painted areas of the car should remain
3. The far car windows. This includes the windows from the far side of the car that are visible.

The final product will be a file named Odyssey_traced.psd, and will contain the original 12 images plus the set of paths for each angle. The paths should be named like the paths in the sample images. The entries should be sample screenshots of the paths, much like the files provided as samples.

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

The general public.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Essentially, what we need is a clean set of traces for each view.
