1. I think the stamps should be moved further up the page, and NOT be placed on top of the postcards. I think they should be a bit above and to the right of the "Please choose a location" text... and directly to the right of the "Find Local Jobs" box... so kind of on their own.
2. The space in between the "Please choose a location" text and the "Find local Jobs" box could be reduced. Basically we want the first line of text at the bottom of the page (beneath the post cards) to be a bit higher and more visible without having to scroll down.

we're really glad you like our entries. Here is what we did in version7:
1. Arranged the "Please Choose a CampusPoint location:" text.
2. Brought back the old fashion pen.
3. Added some color to the stamps, not too much but enough. Tried to put them above and to the right of the postcards but there were two things that got in our way: 1st - the stamps were too much drawing attention off the "Please Choose..." text which is an important part of the site; and 2nd if stamps would be put in that position they would ruin the balance of the whole site, so we made a small compromise.
4. Added a little golden touch to the "FIND LOCAL JOBS HERE" text so it sticks out a lot nicer then before.
5. Added more details to the postcards underneath featured postcards so, together with textures, they don't appear blank like they were in version5 or 6.

We have an idea of adding some small details to draw more attention to text areas (especially to the bottom one), but need some time to balance those details well.
