Hi,

I was going for a fun, hip felling. Added a "View Answers" box, it is essential for the visitors to explore the questions already answered. I had taken out the "communicate, collaborate, connect" tag line cause there are to many tag lines anyway like:"Ask, Answer, Share" and " a resource for women...", replaced it with the second tag line , thought it was more direct.
Kept everything clean, and easy to navigate.
