The border shading needs improvement. It fades almost too lightly near the bottom of the page and there should be horizontal shading across the bottom. Perhaps adding a line around the shading like you did for the picture would help too.
I like the layout. Excellent graphics! I will have more feedback but my initial feedback just has to do with the menu items at the top. They should read the following:

Only the hero shot will have to be purchase. I will work out the size differences between the final web size and the 800 x 800 pixel crowdspring wants us to use. So in other words... the site you are looking at is not at 100%.
