I REALLY like the longan graphic superimposed over a map of Florida.
I REALLY like the creation of a few major links on the right "Longan Recipes", "Purchase Now", "Ask the Expert"
Can you somehow incorporate "Longans.net" into the page? I'd like users to remember the page by our emphasis of the name.
I don't really care for the top portion of the page where "Longan.net" currently resides. We could probably eliminate that row of information and move up the graphics below it.

Here is a different approach.
This is very live, color scheme similar to Longan.
And it is less scrolling page.
As the you do not specify the main content, I use dummy text, emphasis on the call to actions...
and also a nice footer..
