It is possible to have the arrows coming out of the US because the original file is in Adobe Illustrator. And about the cost, you can negotiate with about that.

Also, now that I look at the photo, is it possible to have the arrows coming out of the US going to the rest of the world instead of out of Europe...since we are US based.
Also, I have seen many designers list that fonts and illustrations will cost money. Can you give an estimate on these costs?
