Thanks for submitting your design. I think this has a lot of potential - I like the overall blocky, modern feel of it.
Not a big fan of the "J"" on the upper left or the :-) on the lower right, but I'm sure that those could be swapped out with other graphic treatments.
I wish I could see another version of this, but fear we're running out of time!
