Thank you for a great and fun project to work on!
I wont bore you with the technical stuff just yet, but ill give you a quick run down on the visual.
I was going for the clean, lifestyle and fun look which most Travel sites have.
1. Big call to action phone number above the masthead.
2. The masthead (cruise image) I saw in flash, with a mixture of your images animated after another. Please note that if you want this as flash then ill do it for free as it wont take me long at all.
3. Four hero panels given the user quick access into the site. This can change to how you want it. At the end you have the special offers panel in red making this stand out.
4 Good balance of text for the search engines, i.e. Google.
5. Destination Panel. Added an arrow to draw the users eye. Thinking about it you could swap the Special Offers & Destination panel around.
6. Added a Gallery panel as I felt it needed it.
7. Footer. As you go into the site these will always remain in the internal pages. Great for a holiday promotion if you want to add. Again this can change to suit your needs.
In a nutshell that's it. A very clean and simple design, easy on the eye and looks fun but professional. This is my first design on Crowdspring as I only joined two days ago so not sure how it all works. PSD is all ready to send, if you want me to do an internal page then ill do that for free. If you need this built into HTML then I'm afraid that will come at extra cost, but always here if you need the support.

P.S. The design is set for 1024 screen size. And I have rights to all images if you want to use any.
