Here is a second entry of mine with a little bit of a different structure.
I kept the branding header, which would go an all of the pages of your website. Underneath is an area with a special,... which is what people these days are looking for. This can rotate with other specials or trips you would like to emphasize on.
There is the introductory copy on the right, which highlights in bold the important words.
Under neath I kept the "Destinations" and "Our Specialties" in the same color, since this is related and might take you to the same site.
Towards the bottom are the 3 areas for "Special Offers", "testimonials" and a "Newsletter" sign up. The newsletter is a great way to stay connected with your customers and potential customers. It will encourage them to visit your site more frequently.
The footer ties the page together colorwise.
I didn't want to overload the page with information but have all the important areas easily accessible.
