Here is my entry for your travel website.
I kept it clean and used the blue you like along with complementing colors.
At the top is the header with a collage of travel images from various parts of the world you specialize in. This header gives your company a unique branding as it would be consistent on other pages of your website. If you would go for this design I can of course use images provided by you if you prefer.
Next there is a introductory text, explaining what your business is about along with a second navigation bar, listing your destinations to the right.
Your specialties are highlighted in a yellow bar to set you apart from other travel agencies.
Various types of special offers are shown at the bottom. Of course these may change depending on what special deal you might have available.
Overall I paid special attention to font sizes, readability and a well balanced look.
