This is my first entry. This is outcome of 3-4 hours work. I have focused not only the design but also search engine friendly with most of the web standard fonts.

The images are just for sample. I am ready to customize as your point of view.

I forgot to say...

The menu options are not the same on all my designs. It's because Im not quite sure which options you want here. But you can get it just like you want it :-)

Gallery section.

There's still plenty of room for more countries if necessary.

The bottom picture can be removed if you need the space. Or the text on the "paper" can be changed, if you have some other slogans/comments to share.

Here's an idea of how the "About us" section could look like. The idea is, that the visitor click on the picture of the person they want to read about.
