Thanks for an excellent update. In short, I like it a lot. You've kept all the good stuff from your first post and made some great progress too.

I'm particularly interested in your choice to put the 'Inds', 'Reg Areas', 'Experts' and 'Resources' into the right column. Nice!

[This means you seem to have two distinct entries at the moment: this one and the other 'more traditional' one with the 'Inds', 'Reg Areas' and 'Experts' across the top. If you're happy to work on both as separate entries then I'd be very happy with that. Right now I can't decide which I prefer!]

A few points:

- the 'latest discussion / latest blog' block is missing

- the 'most emailed / most read news' block is missing

- please can you move the 'resource center' block to the bottom of the right hand column. Hopefully this won't make the colors in the column look too boring or bottom-heavy. If it does, then maybe you could try some color in the 'Ind' and 'Reg Area' blocks
