Overall this is a very nice looking submission with very little missing. Thank you!
Here are my specific thoughts:
- the first two columns work well but I think the blocks in the third (right) column run together too much. They seem bunched up which makes them look unappealing and difficult to read.
- your choice of font and font sizes are excellent. Bold, simple, clear and easy to read.
- your choice of colors is very good too. The blues, green, grey and black seems to work well together. Calming and easy on the eye.
- but I'm not at all sure about the red 'Reg Area' block or the red text in the 'Discussions' block. I like the idea of some contrast on the page but I don't think this is the way to achieve it.
- I like the fact you've avoided any pictures / photos
- your arrow icons look good. Your other black icons are OK but they may be making the site too dark or, dare I say, boring. I realise it's challenging to make a site with no photos look exciting. So maybe colorful icons is the way to do it?
- the header bar and breadcrumb bar work for me. I also like the location of the sponsor logo.
- please can you change the 'Regulations' block name to 'Regulatory Area'
- I think the 'view all' link in the 'experts' block (left column) is too easy to miss
- the 'regulation finder' link is missing from the 'calendar' block
- the 'most popular' block (in the left column on the prototype) is missing
- I like the footer but I think it should be centered
