Even though I prefered your previous white background version to the dark version, I think this light blue background version is the best one yet so I'm only commenting on this page.
Here are my thoughts:
- I still like your use of separator bars between the headings and content of the blocks but I think they should be slightly indented from the left and right of the blocks. At the moment they almost make the content look like it's not related to the heading.
- I'm still not keen on the thin grey boxes around the blocks. I see you've softened them but I still think they make the page look busy. Does the page work without them?
- I like the way you handled the tab on the 'Latest Discussion / Latest Blogs' block
