- I like the site title and slogan positioning (I presume you intend the sponsor's logo to go somewhere in the header bar, there's certainly enough room)
- I don't like the stock photo of the business people. I think it makes the page feel like a 'canned'/off-the-shelf page. I'm sure even a simple graphic would work better.
- I like the colors. They feel like an unusual choice but they are very good.
- I like your choice of font (although I think it is too bold/emphasized on the text in the left hand column)
- My thoughts on your blocks are mixed. I really like how much space you've got within the blocks but the blocks themselves seem too close together possibly making the site feel crowded and overwhelming.
- I'm afraid I don't like the breadcrumb trail, the space you've given at top right won't work when a visitor is two or three levels deep in the site
- I like your block header icons
- I like most of your internal block icons except the stars in the 'latest discussions' block and the squares in the 'most popular' block. They both seem out of place with the other icons.
