I love it!

- the breadcrumb bar is looking good

- all the blocks look really good (the 'Latest Discussions/Blogs' block looks slightly out-of-place but that may be a good thing!)

Definitely a 5!

Here's my feedback on your changes:

- I'm afraid I still think the blocks in the third (right) column run together too much. I think they need more space between them.

- I love the new color choice for the red 'Reg Area' block and text in the 'Discussions' ...(more)

- I like the site title and slogan positioning (I presume you intend the sponsor's logo to go somewhere in the header bar, there's certainly enough room)
