Here is my first submission. I used the colors from the logo and their different hues. I also used gold to indicate classical professionalism.
In the banner area the three words "Advanced, Integrated, and Interactive" are clickable and when clicked will change the content of the banner area including both the text and the image. You can use something as sophisticated as Flash or as simple as HTML (since you mentioned you did not want to use Flash) to accomplish this.
Lastly, the three sections at the bottom would contain more detailed information about the company and should encourage the visitor to drill further into the site which is why I used a "Learn More" button rather than a "Contact Us" button. This helps for search engine optimization.
