This is my first entry, incorporating the requirements on your brief. The main points to note are.

1. Very clean, modern, organized and uncluttered layout.

Yes, we do like this one better than v3. We also appreciate your display of the cursor effect. Beyond what we see here, we'd love if you could:
(1) return the text in the top red trapezoid to how it was in v3;

Interestingly enough, the separate boxes almost tie the concept together better than the first concept. Regardless, we're still struck that the first appears to be more in the direction we'd like. I'm leaving further feedback on that one.
