Here is the product details page and I tried to present the 5 crucial points you mentioned:
1. Strong heading - I basically took the 3 listings from the existing site and put it in the header part along with a bit product title.
2. Text - On the left side is the full product description
3. Slideshare - I wasn't sure what exactly you need in this segment, but I guess there are going to be picture slides, so a user can browse slides with the next and previous buttons.
4. Video - I wanted to focus on the video so I put it on the upper part.
5. Downloads - I guess this is going to be list of files to download, so there are a few lists of sample files.
