I am afraid this proposal is very dark. Please come-up with a different proposal.

Intro:
I tried to make the placement of most elements in places where the user would expect them to be (Design with usability in mind).

Usability experts say that web readers follow an "F" pattern which is why most of the most important bits of content should be placed in those areas.

Header:
I aligned the Logo to the far left which is a very prominent area. The nav sits snug on the top right. I didn't see a search on your current site so I didn't add it here.. But the header is where it could go, although if search is not something that's used frequently on your site I'd suggest putting it down below the fold.

The upper right corner (A.K.A. Right ear) is a very good place to put special banners (The ones that are in the top right).

Hero Shot / Beauty Shot / Cinema Area:
-This is where the headline, the bullets, the subscribe, and Beauty Shot/Video would go.

I highlighted this area with a green textured background so it stands out, which it should ( Since this is reserved to set the mood of the page ).

The CTA buttons are trivial and can be changed. I wasn't set on the style.

The Body:
The main content is on the left side which is great for web reading. ON the right side I have Subscribe to newsletter at the top which is another prime area of the "F" pattern.

Footer:
Since I wasn't 100% sure how you would react at this point I've left that off.

Thanks,
Brayker
