Hi, this is my entry...
I'm using magazine style design. I'm trying to look modern (web 2.0 looked), but at the same time trying not to overdoing it (too glossy). I want users can easily browse and read the article without getting dizzy with the design.
I try to follow your lead. But if there's something to revise (and if there's a time), you're welcome.
oh, one more thing, I know you want the logo without the tagline. I just try to over another perspective. If you don't like it, the tag can easily remove.
