We really don´t like either one of the menus you´ve sent. The only one, which could be accepted (but surely not with enthusiasm) is the one from TY03.
We are also not satisfied with the inclusion of the logo - it seems quite odd: green, gray and blue. Maybe it would be better, if you change the logo color as well. Otherwise, we would aks you to change colors in the whole design..
We like more main image as in TY07 (with the section name beside the picture, not above)
We really like the footer - this is exactly what we wanted
We like the design idea of the box in the middle as seen in TY 06 - let´s make it not as a featured article, featured video and snapshots - let´s make it as 3 another big articles (directory search could stay on it´s current position). The rest of the page will look as in TY07 (fewer articles on the left side and featured boxes on the right).
Also, please take a closer look on image dimensions - it will be so much easier for us, if there will be only 2-3 different dimensions of images and (that´s important!) to be proportional
