There is one think I will self-criticize :)

It's about the feeling that there is too much height before the main navigation starts, which is not a good practice. I can lower it a bit by removing the black segment and put the "login" and "register' button after the search button, with ...(more)

I didn't mentioned that I purposely made different content length of titles and text at the article's listing in order to reflect a real-world example. So as you can see some articles have longer and shorter title or text than usual, yet still does not break up the design.

You pointed out good remarks. Based on those I updated the home page. Now it has 3 columns the main column (440px width) ,the narrow sidebar (1600x width), the wide sidebar (300px width) I purposely designed toward those dimensions, because they are suitable if you plan to implement other standard dimension ...(more)

we would like you to ask to try few things differently:

1) even though boxes for sections are nice idea (and nicely designed as well), it has no use for us, because we are going to have simple chronological list of articles.

Hi, this is my second entry.
