needs to have better signposting to help visitors get to the other floors - how does a visitor find their way to other floors?
the additional content on the page has not been displayed ie latest jobs, legal journals etc
possibly consider an option where the bloggers are not fixed on the page ie the postings are displayed in most recent first
could be the scenario of bloggers demanding that they are at the top of the page because of their importance within the industry = however there could be two that both deserve to be number one so ways of avoiding this are appreciated
