We like the design concept on this but the signposting is not helpful for visitors. There is no indication of what is on the other floors - where does the up and down go? What does the user find on these pages?
Also this page does not contain the latest blog postings from the bloggers on this floor nor indicate who the bloggers are on this floor.

1) Up and down with javascript (see for examples http://demos.mootools.net/Fx.Slide) but I can use the same concept that on my others entry.
2) This is not on the details that we should see the latest blog post on the home page ?
