Just to point out that this design contains 2 low res images.
The header frame and the background image (Top right)
If chosen hi res version will be used, no blurring.
Also, I kept the surround fairly simple as I wanted the main focus of the page to be on the central box (Your content) as this will be a commercial site we want the users looking at what's on offer as well as the design.
