Hi, I´m uploading my take on the project. My personal advice, as a designer, is to use this version of the logo because: it is simple, yet recognizable, it has a strong icon, and the color blue is universally known as the color of elegance and serious business. It gives your brand maturity and weight. The version I am presenting is using the blue-version of the Theme, which I find much better than the red one because of the reasons explained above.
Although I have made little changes to the color of the logo (eliminated the yellow on the lighthouse") I think this could work well for your brand.
