I don't think the artist molding puppet graphic is a good analogy for leading people -- instead of suggesting it as a metaphor for helping shape others' skills, it conveys something less positive about the people the leader would be shappy.
This is a very dark artsy design. It would be great for some things -- becuase it is very clever -- but this isn't the warm/inspiring//nuturing feel I was going for on this project.
You did a great job with text management -- the layout of the words is very nicely done.
Does show a lot of design talent though. THanks for the entry.
Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
It was alot of text to incorporate into a mail format design. I tried to keep it quite minimal, attention getting and a little bit experimentation.
I liked the stick figure because it clicks with coaching, mentoring related subjects. I hope you do too, altough it is quite different than the mountain / peak idea.
All text is made with web-standards so anyone can open it(and expect the same looks)
All text you can see is editable in the .psd as required. I hope you enjoy!
