I'm not sure the single person on the hill is the best image. Maybe it works -- maybe it should just be a mountain to climb without a visual (a solo person doesn't really reflect leadership ... nor coaching and menotring).
Quotes -- the person being quoted is IRRELEVANT because no one has ever heard of them ... but the thing they are saying is IMPORTANT. So -- add emphasis to the actual quote, and really,really demphasize the person it's being attributed to.
Finally -- possbly consider color options. This one might the one -- just wouldn't mind seeing it a few other ways.
