Email design for our Coacing and Mentoring Skills Seminar

OUR TARGET AUDIENCE IS:

Managers and supervisors -- typically mid level with 2-7 years experience.

WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE (or we don't want to see) THIS IN OUR DESIGN:

Design Directions:

Design Feel:

Think new-age – going to the top of the mountain for inspiration and guidance.


Width:
The e-mail must be 650 pixels wide, 72 dpi and the files must be PSDs.

Design Specs:
Final design will need to be a LAYERED PSD – with fully editable text

Dominant Graphic:
Make the seminar title the star of the page – use your imagination with font and text set-up to make the title a creative, eye-catching element on the page.

Also -- Make the special discount -- $50 – pop towards the top of the page!


TEXT PRIORITY:
If the text is large on the word document – it should be .dominant on the layout. If it is small, it is less important.

Design Feel:

If people pics are used – use them very carefully – needs to have an “ethereal” feel as opposed to workplace realism. This topic is about aspiring to be an awesome guide for your employees and an inspirational leader … it’s not about mundane how to’s of supervision … it’s more touchy-feely in nature.
