This is interesting and a good play on "workshop" -- one thing to work with -- the 3 lines "view Complete ..." "learn more ..." "Bring ..." are links. And probably should be up-top -- but not so big. Suggest puttin them to the right -- make them linkes (be creative) -- and smaller. Then get main subcopy "Whtehr you've been...." up to the left.
This design has potential. It's skews a little masculine .. but it could be a contender.
