I chose to use all capital letters, showing "strength" behind the name. The global icon with the circle of people represent the global networking. The colors that I chose match those of the site example you have provided. The slogan I chose to split into 2 parts, being connected "across" by the A, showing the widespread concept, ACROSS the globe. If you like my design concept, but need changes made, I'd be happy to do so. Thank you.
