alright, for the story - the C in the center of what could be spokes of a wheel - a symbol of movement, Causeworth is the Center of this movement - moving from just another insurance company to an insurance company with a CAUSE - a worthy cause at that.
The color in the icon is moving upward, as is Causeworth, moving upward and onward in a competitive business. Bigger and better things from Causeworth are on the Horizon - think the sun rising each and every day, like Causeworth is there to protect you while you are helping to protect that which means the most to you.
If the wheel doesn't cut it for you, the lines moving outwards could be like the branches of a tree always moving away from the center, growing, expanding, becoming bigger and stronger with time.
I stuck with Times for the font as you were surprised you liked it and thought I'd try just a different icon. The type still represents strength and something that will withstand time - classic and clean - nothing to hide.
