Hello, I'm bringing my thoughts to the table.
I have worked on several concepts, that I just didn't feel told the story well enough, a couple that had a great story, but seemed entirely too playful for an insurance logo. And now this one. It is both simple and complex. I'm offering it first in grayscale, and will introduce colors, and the stationery shortly.
While searching for fonts and thinking of concepts, I came across the Bickham Script Pro font, and thought the name looked so elegant in this font. The graceful flow from the t and h, lend a a graceful feeling, that invoked thoughts of wings and flight. So I styled a few extra lines to abstractly portray an elegant bird.
My thoughts on this are: the company soaring to new heights with this fantastic new approach to insurance, birds have a rich symbolic history, including religion, peace, strength, courage, and generousity. Another thought that came to mind for me related to the way this can catch on and inspire so many to start giving. Birds scatter seeds that grow new plants to continue the cycle.
Happy to make any changes at all to this. If by chance the concept appeals and were to be chosen, rest assured I will be on hand to immediately make any and all adjustments needed to perfect the concept and design. Back soon with the stationery.
