This feels a little too slick and modern, though I do think the font choice is very interesting.
I like the 'hidden' heart concept, though I worry that it'll be seen as too "Ponies and Ranbows." (I'm assuming that you're making the heart out of two half-discs shown at an angle here, but if I'm wrong I'd like to know it.
I REALLY like the idea of a disk that turns into a heart - but given the static nature of design I'm not sure that can be conveyed well. The folding disk could represent sharing the cash with the charities. And by changing the angle you get to discover the heart as it turns.
