The font choice feels too traditional. The sans serif fonts seem to fit the brand a bit better.
I'm not sure what the logo means. I'd like to be able to have some sort of statement made by the logo. I kind of see a spring. Or maybe a stylized W on its side. The spring makes a little sense - helping to lift people, but can you help me understand how this helps the brand?
I'd like to see more story development or brand support from the graphic if possible.
