A big circle is one thing I think of when you give.
Here I have a circle of 4 abstract people. They are helping each other to help one another. They are all connected by one circle (the head) in the middle. It also shows that they have 1 thing in common. They are all helping another person.
I wanted to make it a circle because helping is never ending. An infinity sign is overused, but a circle still looks good and conveys the point well.
