This is a nice visual - one with a lot of promise.
For it to work we'd likely need to have the first letter of the name leaning to the same degree as in the logo.
I'd also like to see a less obvious distinction between the two colors. Perhaps the same color at two different saturations or levels of transparency?
Last tweak(s). Rather than adding the arrow on top of the w in the contrasting color, could we have the w "own" the arrow and not have the flanges? Basically make the w end in a point above the rest of the other legs. Same goes with the u and w in the text below. (Not sure whether the point should be above the others or in line with the others. If the client likes it we may have you tweak again.)
I like it more for aesthetics than story, but think we can get story out of it anyhow.

Thanks for the kind comments.
Sure, I'll edit this one immediately according to what you want.
Thanks for the opportunity! This is a challenging project and I like how it makes me think and imagine.
:)
Happy Holidays!

Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
Hi Stokefire!I'm presenting this again. :)
Merry Christmas! :)
Here's my new proposal for the CauseWorth logo. :)
I used C and W as the main elements and tried to capture sharing of goals.
I really hope you like it. I believe in this logo deeply. I also hope you could give me points for improving it.
Thanks!
