I think this is a better play off the "w" spaces than the flags...
Concept: They are taking a slice of the premium pie and giving it flight...wings...power...altitude. (upward turn) As it empowers the cause its nature changes (color change).
These remind me now of the Sherpa Banners that hang in the towns in Tibet near Everest.
The blend here may be asking for trouble, but see the next option with the navy all across.
