Disclosure: I created everything in my entry and I didn't copy anyone else's concept. (?)
My goal with my submissions is to create a simple logo using shapes pulled from the negative spaces on the "W".Another goal being a striking symbol that would function as a favicon as is.
This submission uses the shapes to build a simple compass. The concept being that we are guided by causes that we are passionate about.
The use of Myriad Semibold and Regular weights and color selection adds emphasis to "Cause."
The purpose of the use of navy throughout all of my submissions is to lend stability, especially considering the industry and underwriting audience.
